FAQ
Q: How long will it take to get a response from you?
A: Usually between 1-3 days
Q: Do you use Zoom for your online workshops?
A: No! I use Microsoft Teams instead. I have the full version, which means our sessions are not limited by time. Even if you are using the free version of Teams, you’ll be joining through my invitation, so you’ll still enjoy unlimited session time with no interruptions. You can download the free edition > here
Q: How soon can I book a workshop or retreat after contacting you?
A: Once I receive your enquiry, I aim to respond within 1–3 days. After our initial discussion, bookings can usually be arranged within 7–14 days depending on availability.
Q: Are your workshops suitable for beginners?
A: Yes! No previous artistic experience is needed. Neurographica is accessible to everyone as it’s about expression, not perfection.
Q: Can I choose any workshop?
A: Yes, if you have prior experience with Neurographica you can select an algorithm from the specialist group. If you’re a beginner, I recommend starting with one of the beginner-friendly workshops to build a strong foundation. I would recommend the Algorithm for Removing Limitations (ARL) as a start, but we can discuss your needs first
Q: What materials do I need for online workshops?
A: After booking, I’ll send you a simple list of materials, such as plain mixed media A4/A3 paper, coloured pencils, and waterproof Fineliners in various sizes. You likely already have most of them at home, but if not they are cheap to buy!
Q: What if I have more questions before booking?
A: No problem at all, just send me a message through the form above. I’m happy to answer any questions, you have to make sure you feel completely comfortable.
Q: Is my information and artwork kept confidential?
A: Absolutely. Your privacy and creative journey are very important to me. Everything you share during our sessions, including your drawings and personal reflections, will be treated with complete confidentiality and respect.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card. Once we confirm your booking, I’ll send you all the details you need to complete your payment securely.
Q: Are the workshops accessible for people with additional needs?
A: Yes! Neurographica is a flexible method that can be adapted to different learning styles and abilities. Online workshops are fully accessible. For in-person sessions, please be aware that some venues have limited accessibility (such as no wheelchair access and stairs). Resort venues vary, but I’m happy to discuss options and make adjustments where I can to support your creative journey.
