Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days to UK locations, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress. Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We video record the inspection of every item while it’s being packed for you, this is to ensure that every item leaves us in perfect condition. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). We are not responsible for any item once it has been shipped.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with trying to track it down, and with filing a claim against the delivery company. We are not responsible for stolen packages if tracking confirms successful delivery. We are not responsible for items arriving in a damaged state. This is because we will have video evidence of the inspection and packaging of your particular item and it’s posting. This is to protect us and to help you with your claim against the postal service
